Good news for NYSC corps Members in Adamawa state as Governor Fintiri increases their state earned allowance from N10,000 to N20,000

Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Right Hon Umaru Fintiri CON, made a historic announcement today, November 29, 2024, at the swearing-in ceremony of the 2024 Batch C Stream One orientation course. The event took place at the Adamawa State NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Damare.

Governor Fintiri announced a significant increment in the state allowance for corps members serving in Adamawa State. The allowance will be increased from N10,000.00 to N20,000.00, effective December 2024. This move is expected to bring joy and relief to the corps members serving in the state.

The Damare NYSC camp, located in Lapondo Road, Damare, Girei LGA, Adamawa State, is one of the 37 NYSC orientation camps across Nigeria ¹. The camp plays a crucial role in preparing corps members for their service year, equipping them with necessary skills and knowledge.
